We are really excited to see some fantastic films. For us, this is what the future of cinema looks like, where technology and craft work as one, and we are delighted to be in Monaco to celebrate it.”

ONE MONTE CARLO, MONACO, June 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Avi Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer of Storia, will attend the AI Film Fest Monaco 2026 and deliver a speech at the event, which takes place on 9 and 10 June at One Monte Carlo. Storia is also one of the official sponsors of this year's festival.

Presented by WAIB Summit, the AI Film Fest Monaco brings filmmakers, artists, AI developers and industry leaders together to explore how artificial intelligence is changing cinema and storytelling. The festival is built around the theme "Where Creator Meets the Creation" and features film screenings, panels and masterclasses, an innovation showcase, red carpet gala events and the AI Film Awards Monaco. Award categories include Best AI Film, Best Story, Best World Creation and Best AI Character Performance.

Speaking ahead of the event, Avi said he was looking forward to the official selection of films from creators around the world.

"We are really excited to see some fantastic films. The official selection this year shows how far AI filmmaking has come in such a short time. For us at Storia, this is what the future of cinema looks like, where technology and craft work as one, and we are delighted to be in Monaco to celebrate it." said Avi Ghosh, CEO of Storia.

Avi has been a vocal advocate for the adoption of AI in filmmaking, particularly in Europe. Speaking earlier this year at the European Film Market during Berlinale 2026, he urged European filmmakers and institutions to embrace AI tools the way markets across Asia already have, arguing that the technology can cut production times and costs while raising the quality of films.

His address in Monaco is expected to continue that conversation as the festival establishes itself as one of Europe's leading platforms for AI driven cinema. Storia joins a sponsor lineup that includes some of the biggest names in technology and entertainment.

The festival will screen its official selection across the two days, closing with the AI Film Awards Monaco.
